Delete your LooCafe account

How to request deletion

Use either path. Both reach the LooCafe operations team. You do not need the app installed.

1. Without the app: send the request form below with the email address on your LooCafe account, or email [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject “LooCafe app account deletion request”. The form uses the same inquiry inbox as the contact page. Sending it asks the team to delete the account. It does not delete the account on submit.
2. In the app: open LooCafe, open the menu, and tap Delete my account. That item is shown for a signed-in account that has an email. Tap Request deletion, then confirm Request. The app stores a pending request for the operations team and signs you out. That tap does not delete the login by itself.

We verify that the request comes from the email on the account. Within 30 days we delete the Firebase login, the profile (name, email, and employer staff identifier), and the device notification token.

What we delete

After a verified request, we delete personal data tied to the LooCafe app account:

• The Firebase Authentication login for that account
• Name, email address, and employer staff identifier stored on the app profile
• The device notification token used to send operational alerts to that account

What we keep, and for how long

Some records document a toilet unit’s operation rather than a personal profile. Unit condition photos, daily visit records, and maintenance tickets may be kept for up to 24 months after the deletion request, then deleted or anonymised.

Rent and facility-fee records may be kept where an audit or a legal duty requires them. The LooCafe app does not take public bookings or card payments, so there is no booking or payment profile to delete.

Crash and performance logs in Firebase are kept for about 90 days on a rolling basis and are not used to identify you after the account is removed. Product analytics events are used to keep the app stable. They are not sold and are not used for advertising.

Guest use of the map does not create a profile you manage. If you only browsed as a guest, there is no named account to delete. Staff and other signed-in accounts can be deleted with the form on this page.

Request form

Fields marked required are the minimum we need to find the account. This form does not ask you to sign in, and submitting it does not delete the account. It sends the request to the LooCafe team.
